The Manukau Traditional Wooden Handle Gaff series is a class act.

The 630mm handle length is made from Saligna which is an Australian Eucalyptus Blue Gum hardwood with a beautiful natural grain that has been embellished with our propriety finish. 

To afford a lasting finish we have epoxied the exposed end of the Gaff handle to seal the grain giving it a polished appearance. A nylon/glass handle grip and 3mm braid lanyard completes the presentation of this beautiful, practical and lasting working tool.

The diamond shaped gaff head is far less problematic than the traditional shape.Designed to provide a high attack angle of the gaff point whether you gaff from above or below the fish.
